Shipping Policy

Here is how we prepare, ship, and support refurbished printer orders after checkout.

Processing

Most orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days after payment review.

Delivery Area

We ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Tracking

Tracking details are sent once the carrier scans the package.

Order Processing

We start processing your order after payment is received and the order details pass review. Processing normally takes 1 to 3 business days. Refurbished printers may need final inspection, packing, and label preparation before shipment.

Orders placed during weekends, holidays, high-volume sale periods, or severe weather may take longer. If an item is unavailable after checkout, we will contact you with the available options.

  • Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays.
  • Some refurbished printers need extra packing because of size, trays, glass, or feeder parts.
  • If payment, email, or inventory details need review, processing may pause until the issue is resolved.

Carriers and Shipping Methods

We use common parcel carriers and freight services depending on printer size, destination, and service availability. The shipping method shown at checkout may depend on the model and order value.

Shipping charges, free-shipping offers, and delivery estimates are shown before checkout whenever they apply. Delivery estimates are not guarantees because carrier delays can happen after pickup.

  • Small desktop printers usually ship by standard parcel carrier.
  • Larger office printers may need heavier packaging or a different service level.
  • Carrier selection may change if it helps protect the printer in transit.

Where We Ship

Printhubsolution ships to all 50 U.S. states. Some remote areas or areas requiring special handling may have longer transit times or different shipping costs.

We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders cannot be shipped to countries outside the United States.

We currently do not ship to international freight forwarders when the final delivery destination is outside the United States.

Holiday and Peak-Season Delays

Delivery can slow down during holidays, carrier backlogs, storms, or other events outside our control.

  • Black Friday, Cyber Monday, year-end holidays, and severe weather may affect carrier timelines.
  • Tracking scans can appear late when carriers are processing high package volume.
  • If tracking stops updating for several business days, contact us and we will help review the status.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, we send tracking information to the email used at checkout. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to show movement after the carrier receives the package.

  • Use the tracking link for the latest carrier scan.
  • Check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see the tracking email.
  • Contact us with your order number if the email on the order needs correction.

Shipping Problems

If a package arrives damaged, is marked delivered but missing, or appears delayed, contact us as soon as possible.

  • Keep the printer, box, foam, labels, and all included packing materials.
  • Take clear photos of the outside box, inside packing, product damage, and shipping label.
  • Send your order number and a short description of the issue to support so we can review next steps.
