If a pricing or product error affects your order, we may contact you before processing, cancel the order, or offer another option.

  • Prices may change before an order is accepted.
  • Product images are for identification and may not show every cosmetic detail of a refurbished unit.
  • Specifications are shown to help comparison, but exact included parts should be checked on the product page.

Order Acceptance

Placing an order means you are asking to buy the selected product. An order is accepted when we confirm it and begin fulfillment.

  • We may verify email, payment, or inventory details before shipment.
  • We may decline or cancel orders affected by stock issues, payment problems, suspected fraud, or listing errors.
  • If an order is cancelled after payment, we will process the eligible refund to the original payment method.

Order Limits

We may limit quantities per customer, order, household, or business account when inventory is limited or when an order pattern needs review.

Bulk or repeat office orders may need confirmation before fulfillment because refurbished stock is limited.

Product Availability

Refurbished printer inventory is limited and may not be restocked in the same condition or price. If a product becomes unavailable after checkout, we will contact you about cancellation, refund, or replacement options.
